Content quality
Educational depth. A clear point of view. Content that teaches something specific. Comments that are engaged and specific — not just emoji. One piece of content that made someone genuinely learn something is worth more than a hundred aesthetic posts.
Audience trust
High engagement relative to follower count. Followers ask questions and act on recommendations. The community feel in comments — people who return, people who reference previous content. Trust takes years to build. We can see it.
Topic alignment
Has covered at least one of: hormonal health, recovery, nutrition science, Ayurveda, stress, gym performance, women's health, mental performance, sleep, immunity. Your content does not need to be exclusively wellness — it needs to touch it genuinely.
Promotion selectivity
Does not promote every brand that approaches. Has a point of view on what they will and will not endorse. Past promotions — if any — are aligned with their content. Selective promotion is a trust signal. It means your recommendation means something.
Authenticity of voice
