The complaints came first
Customers in the USA — men who had been buying Shilajit from various Indian brands — were not seeing results. The founder, then an active India-USA exporter, started investigating. What he found confirmed what insiders already knew. Most products did not meet the standard the label claimed.

The founder travelled to Ladakh and connected with source vendors who have worked these mountains for generations. He did not take their word for the quality. He went with them — up to 18,000 feet — and watched the sourcing process with his own eyes.

From Ladakh, the raw resin moved to Srinagar for purification and processing. Every stage was personally supervised. Every lab result was reviewed before anything was approved. This took months. The product launched when the standard was met. Not before.
